Customer Ordering Flow

  1. Scan QR Code The customer scans a QR code placed on their table using their smartphone.

  2. Access Online Ordering Site They are redirected to the store's ordering website specific to their table.

  3. Browse & Select Menu Items Customers browse the available menu and add items to their order.

  4. Confirm Order Once ready, they confirm the order. A success message will appear.

  5. Proceed to Cashier The customer then goes to the cashier to complete the payment process.

Cashier Side Flow

  1. Incoming Order Notification A notification appears in the POS system under: Orders → Table → Saved Cart (New Orders)

  2. Saved Cart Details Each new order entry displays:

    • Table Number

    • Ordered Items Summary

    • Total Price

    • Order Time

  3. View & Process Order Clicking on an order shows complete details. The cashier can then:

    • Review the order

    • Confirm and process it

  4. Order Progress Status The order will move to: Orders → Table → In Progress

  5. Finalize & Print Receipt Once the order is completed, the cashier can print a receipt:

    • The receipt is given to the kitchen for preparation

    • The waiter then delivers the order to the customer’s table
