Transaction

This section explains the complete Transaction Flow in Profitflo POS, starting from selecting a customer during checkout, to handling deferred payments (Kasbon), partial repayments, and product returns.

1. Cart Checkout

Once you've added products to the Cart, proceed as follows:

1. Available Actions in Cart Page After selecting a customer, the following actions will be displayed:

   • Send Invoice to WhatsApp

   • Send Invoice to Instagram

   • Apply Discount

   • Pay Now

2. Select Payment Method

After clicking Pay Now, you'll be directed to the Payment Method Page. You can choose from the following payment types:

a. Cash-Payment

• Cash

• Exact Cash

• Cash with overpay (e.g., overpaid by Rp 5,000)

b. E-Money

• GoPay

• ShopeePay

• OVO

• LinkAja

c. Bank Transfer

• BCA

• BNI

• Mandiri

• BRI

• CIMB Niaga

• EDC Others

d. Deferred Payment (Kasbon)

Customer pays later with terms:

• Net 7 Days

• Net 15 Days

• Net 30 Days

• Custom Duration

Click Pay to complete the transaction.
