What is the difference between Artaka and Profitflo?
They are the same application — "Artaka" is the branding for the Indonesian market, while "Profitflo" is the international version.
Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Most features work offline. However, syncing, cloud backup, and reporting require internet access.
Can I customize the product modifiers?
Yes, go to Settings > Modifiers to define size, color, toppings, etc., for each product category.
How do I recover my account?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. You’ll receive an email to reset your credentials.
Is there an API available?
Yes. For developers, an OpenAPI (Swagger) documentation is available. Please visit the API section or contact support for access.
How do I manage multiple store branches?
Use the Multi-Outlet feature under your account settings to add and manage branches independently.
