Add Product Manually
The Add Product Manually feature allows you to quickly add products with basic information and proceed directly to payment. This process uses its own navigation and is designed for fast transactions.
Steps to Add a Product Manually
Access the Manual Add Product Page From the main menu or dashboard, select Add Product Manually.
Enter Product Details Fill in the following fields:
Product Name: Type the name of the product.
Selling Price: Enter the price at which the product will be sold.
Quantity: Specify the amount you want to add.
Add to Cart Click the "Add to Cart" button. The product will be saved in the cart for further processing.
Proceed to Cart for Payment Navigate to the Cart page to review your products and continue with the payment.
Payment Actions Available in the Cart Page
On the cart page, you will find several action options:
Send Invoice via WhatsApp
Pay Now
Send Invoice via Instagram
Apply Discount
Payment Process (Case: Pay Now)
Click Pay Now to open the payment page.
Select Payment Method Choose from the available options:
Cash (Exact Amount)
E-money
Bank Transfer
Credit (Kasbon)
Add Notes (Optional) You may include additional payment notes if needed.
Complete Payment For this example, select Cash (Exact Amount) and click "Pay".
Payment Confirmation Page After payment, you will be asked whether you want to print the receipt or not.
Choose Receipt Option
If you do not want to print, click Skip or No Print.
You will then be redirected back to the Main Page.
