Setting Up Your Account and Store

Once you've installed the app, follow this guide to create your account and set up your store. The process takes only a few minutes.

Step 1: Create an Account

When you open the app for the first time, you'll see the Register screen.

Registration Form

You will be asked to fill in the following details:

  • Phone Number (required)

  • Full Name (required)

  • Password (required)

  • Repeat Password (required)

  • Email Address (optional)

OTP Verification

After pressing Next, you will receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS.

  1. Enter the OTP code.

  2. Tap Verify to continue.

Step 2: Set Up Your Store

Once your account is verified, you will be redirected to the Store Setup page.

Fill in the following:

  • Store Name

  • Type of Business (choose from dropdown: Retail, Food & Beverage, Services, etc.)

  • Store Phone Number

  • Store Address

  • District / Subdistrict

  • City / Regency

  • Province

After completing the store setup, tap Finish and you'll be directed to the Home (Cashier) page.

Step 3: Login (For Returning Users)

If you already have an account, go to the Login tab.

You will need:

  • Phone Number

  • Password

Tap Login to access your store dashboard.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Tap Forgot Password on the login screen.

  2. Enter your registered phone number.

  3. You will receive an OTP code via SMS.

  4. Enter the OTP code.

  5. Create a New Password and confirm it by re-typing.

  6. Tap Submit to save and go back to Login.
